Gerrard Healthy Housing Update

A newly completed 10-unit rental housing development by TMU Associate Professor Cheryl Atkinson of Atkinson Architect is gaining attention as a model for sustainable infill density. Transforming a single-house lot into two fourplexes and two laneway duplexes, the project provides much-needed family-sized rental units in the heart of Toronto.
